Delivery Time & Shipping Costs

We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We aim to ship orders within 1 business day. However, we do not always succeed in meeting this deadline, as sometimes products are out of stock and delivery may take a little longer. If, for any reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will naturally inform you as soon as possible.

Infrared panels

All infrared panels in the webshop have a delivery time of 3 to 5 working days.

Infrared panels with images have a delivery time of 4 to 8 business days. The infrared panels are in stock but are produced to order, resulting in a longer delivery time. You will receive a track and trace code from us as soon as your order has been shipped.
